NO REFUNDS. NO CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges will be accepted for store credit only. Items purchased from RISQUE’ DESIGNS are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 days after delivery.

Items marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping fees incurred.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .

PROCESSING

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our service center. Please note, returns can take between 3-10 business days to process AFTER reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during Holiday and Sale Seasons. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2-3 business days. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, once shipped domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive .

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
